Ingredients:

Beef 1 kg

Basmati rice 1/2 kg

Sour yogurt 1 cup

Poppy seeds 1 tablespoon

Oil 1/2 cup

Chopped onion 1 cup

Ginger paste 1 tablespoon

Garlic paste 1 tbsp

Dry chili powder 2 tsp

Chilli 7/8

Aloo Bokhara 7/8 pcs

Raisins 15/16

Cumin powder

Red chilli powder 2 tsp

Like the amount of salt

Condensed milk 1 cup

Two bay leaves

Cardamom 4 pcs

Cinnamon 3 pcs

Potatoes 7/8 pcs

A packet of biryani masala

Rose water or Keora water

Method of preparation:

Wash the meat well and drain the water. Mix the biryani masala with sour curd, salt, dry chili powder, half a cup of beresta, ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin paste and salt for three to four minutes and keep it for at least half an hour to one hour.

Wash the rice well and soak it for an hour. It makes the rice longer. After an hour, drain the rice water.

Take a medium size potato and fry it with salt and a little turmeric.

Take a bowl of water. I will put Shahi Jeera in the water and wait for the water to boil.

Now I will give cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaf. When the water boils, I will add basmati rice. When it boils like 70%, drain the water. On the other hand, I will put a pot on the stove. I will spread the meat evenly around. Now I will spread half of the rice, I will put potatoes on top and I will give Alubokhara. Now I will give you Beresta. Add thick milk with some ghee to make poppy seed paste. I will spread it again and give it with rice, roasted potatoes with a little ghee, poppy seed batter with milk and a little rose water. Sprinkle lightly with salt. Saffron can be added, it will add some color. I will put two small pieces of star on it and it will give a very nice smell. Now I will put the dough around the patil well and tighten it so that the steam inside the kacchi patil cannot come out and the outside air cannot enter inside. Cook on medium heat for about 40 minutes. I will slowly remove the dough from the place where the lid is fitted with the dough on the pan. I will bring it up from the bottom with a light hand. Our Poppy Khasir Biryani is done.
