Global Net Report: A memorandum of understanding signed at Professional Cooking Academy (PCA) in Dhanmondi at 7 pm yesterday. Officials of Bangladesh Tourism Explorers Association and Professional Cooking Academy were present on the occasion. PCA Academy is an educational institution approved by the Board of Technical Education. The institute conducts various short and long term courses on food tourism, which are certified by Bangladesh Technical Education Board and a university in Switzerland at the end of the course. BTEA, on the other hand, is an association based on the tourism industry which carries out various activities for the development of tourism in Bangladesh. The two organizations are determined to work together in the coming days to create skilled human resources in the country. After lengthy discussions, the officials and leaders of the two organizations came to the conclusion that from now on all the members of BTEA and their relatives can study at PCA at 25% discount with a copy of the recommendation of BTEA. Mr. Shahidul Islam Sagar, Chairman, Bangladesh Tourism Explorers Association (BTEA), Mr. Masudul Hasan Jaidi, Vice Chairman, Mr. Zahidur Rahman Shaon, Director Mr. Sheikh Kamrul Bashar, Director Lion Mithu Dhar Chowdhury, Co-Chairman of BTEA National Women’s Standing Committee and  Sonia Simran and Member Marjana Islam Medha. Mr. Jahangir Alam Bakul, CEO of Professional Cooking Academy (PCA), Mr. Jewel Rojario, Master Chef of Professional Cooking Academy (PCA), Mr. Imtiaz, Head of Marketing were present on behalf of the company.
