JCI Bangladesh Carnival 2026 Brings Together Thousands in a Grand Celebration of Community and Leadership Dhaka, Bangladesh – 17th April, 2026- JCI Bangladesh successfully hosted the Techno Drugs Limited presents JCI Bangladesh Carnival 2026 powered by Provati Insurance Limited and Ashiyan Group at Pepper Tree BD, bringing together nearly 4,000 attendees including JCI members, their families, friends, and international delegates from Junior Chamber International. The day featured a wide array of attractions, including a traditional mezban lunch, live music and performances by JCI members, musical group Miles and Lalon, competitions, raffle draws, stand-up comedy, lifestyle brand stalls, and a diverse range of food experiences, creating an engaging and festive atmosphere for all attendees. The program was graced by the presence of Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir, Honourable Minister, Ministry of Local Government, Rural Development and Co-operatives as the Chief Guest. He stated that the role of JCI Bangladesh in developing leadership among youth and in social service activities is highly commendable and he called for expanding the organization’s activities further to contribute more to the country’s development. The carnival also hosted three prominent international figures from Junior Chamber International; 2026 JCI Vice President Kengo Suzuki from Japan, 2025-26 JCI APDC Chairperson Sarasin Soegomo from Indonesia and Area Advisor of Area B Mr. Ravi Shankar Sathiyamoorthy. 2026 JCI Bangladesh National President Arefeen Raafi Ahmed said that this event provides a ground for JCI members to bring their friends and families to enjoy and spend time with other members, build stronger bonds and have an overall family fun experience, as well as get a chance to work on leadership development skills. He expressed how proud he feels to be serving as the 2026 National President and to be a part of organizing an event of this scale. Event Advisor, 2026 Deputy National President Shaan Shahed and Event Director, 2026 National Executive Vice President Barrister SK Motiur Rahman also addressed the guests and thanked them for joining the festivities. Convenors of the Committee Masrur Mahmood Shuvo, 2026 National Treasurer, Md. Kamruzzaman Pavel, 2026 Strategic Planning Chairperson and Md. Mostafizur Rahman Khan, JIB Chairperson delivered the vote of thanks.
