Global Net Report: On Friday (December 10) a day-long workshop was organized by Bangladesh Tourism Explorers Association BTEA and in collaboration with Professional Cooking Academy (PCA) at PCA Academy, Dhanmondi, Dhaka. Master Chef Jewel Rozario and CEO of Professional Cooking Academy Bokul Zahangir took practical and theory classes. Also present were directors Ln Mithu Dhar Chowdhury and Khan Mohammad Kawsar Aziz and co-chairs of the National Women’s Standing Committee Dola Khan and Sonia Simran. It is to be noted that a total of 27 women entrepreneurial cooks were taught 5 special dishes. Later, Bangladesh Tourism Explorers Association (BTEA) Chairman Mr. Shahidul Islam Sagor distributed certificates among them.
