TGN Report : Ad Hoc Committee of College Management Council of Sur Samrat Ustad Alauddin Khan Degree College of Shibpur Union of Nabinagar Upazila of Brahmanbaria has approved the National University. In a notification of the National University, for the sake of smooth continuation of the college management, a 5-member ad hoc committee was approved by making Masudur Rahman the president and Mozammel Haque the Enthusiastic member. The notification signed by National University College Inspector (Acting) Md. Abdul Hai Siddique Sarkar was issued on November 13.
Mohammad Masudur Rahman has been nominated by the Vice Chancellor as the President of the Ad Hoc Committee of the College Governing Council at Sur Samrat Ustad Alauddin Khan Degree College. Son of Mohammad Mofizur Rahman of Saharpar village in Shibpur union of upazila. He is working as Assistant Professor at Chittagong International Islamic University.
He said, I have extensive plans for the development of this institution named Sur Samrat Ustad Alauddin Khan, I have just been appointed, we will have an introductory meeting. In that meeting, the past and present situation and problems of the college will be known and the work will be started to solve them, but on the basis of priority, contemporary plans will be adopted to improve the quality of education.
Md. Mozammel Haque Masum, who is a successful businessman in his personal life, has been nominated as an energy enthusiast member. After completing his higher education, he runs an organization called Education Consultancy, working to improve the quality of education along with business.
He is the son of Shamsul Haque, the former chairman of Shibpur Union Parishad. He expressed optimism and said, I have the desire to work for this organization to the best of my ability. As I am working on education, I will give my best to improve the quality of education and make career of students.
Md. Billal Hossain, managing director of Excel Electronics of Mirpur village of the upazila, has been nominated as a donor member. Md. Moslem Uddin, the teacher of physical education department of this institution was selected as the teacher representative,
