A recitation program titled “Talking about Legends” was organized by the Nabinagar Recite Practice Center in Brahmanbaria on the occasion of February, the month of language.
The program began with the national anthem at 3:30 pm on Friday, at the Nabinagar Government College auditorium.
The national anthem was performed by the young artists of the Titas Kochikanchar Mela under the direction of musician Madhav Ghosh.
Invited guests included Nabinagar Government Pilot High School senior teacher (retd) AKM Fazlul Haque, Nabinagar Press Club president Mohammad Hossain Shanti, Nabinagar Government Pilot High School senior teacher Abu Naser, recitation artist and teacher Jalal Uddin Bhuiyan Biplob, recitation artist and teacher Meenakshi Guha, cultural personality Abbas Uddin Helal, teacher Habibur Rahman, teacher Mahmuda Jahan, Swadhin Bangla Sahitya Parishad founder AKM Safar Ali, literary activist Nasima Akter Smriti, Abul Bashar, and others.
Mostafa Jafri Hamim of Brahmanbaria’s Titas Recite Organization, Muhammad Shahab Uddin of Nabinagar Awrit Charcha Kendra, Eva Ahmed, Azmail Adil, Nowshin Anjum Ramisa, Tasfia Mim, Shruti Chakraborty, Mohana Chowdhury, Shahriar Nafis, Devlina Saha Sneha, Nowshin Habiba, Mohammad Bayzid, Surya Debnath, Hemburna Debnath, Ark Debnath, Ashikur Rahman participated in the program with solo recitation performances.
Niharika Das Tisha, Tahaniat Tashmi, Surya Debnath performed pleasant music. And Priyo Debnath was on the tabla.
The program was hosted by Shuvendu Chakraborty Shuvo, Director of Nabinagar Recite Center, and Assistant Director Eva Ahmed.
