Global Net Report: Surprising of the Lions Club of Dhaka Kings “Dhaka Corporate Leaders” is a happy start to the new club on Thursday 31st March with a glittering ceremony at an elite hotel in the capital. Under the dynamic leadership of Lion Azhar Mahmud Pmjf, the founder of Lions Club of Dhaka Kings, the club received international approval on 21 March. The newly formed Lions Club is made up of leaders from the corporate world in Dhaka. Orientation of new members, organizational training and swearing in of the Board of Directors were held at the beginning of the grand opening program. District Board Chairperson (Clubs) and Honorable Guiding Lion of this Lions Club Md. Rabiul Islam Raju PMJF administered the oath of office to the Board of Directors. The “Dhaka Corporate Leaders” Club is led by Lion Md. Kawshar, CEO of Udyam Business Services Ltd. and Lion Md. Rashedur Rahman, CEO of Revol Holiday Tours as Charter Secretary. Also among those who have been sworn in as Board of Directors in the Lions Year 2021-2022 are First Founder Vice President Md. Shahedul Haque, Second Founder Vice President Md. Shahriar Khan, Joint Secretary Aminul Islam, Founder Treasurer Md. Rajikul Hasan Rifat, Club Membership Chairperson. Abdur Rahman Shaon, Editor & Publisher of The Global Net and Managing Director & CEO of Beehive Bangladesh Mithu Dhar Chowdhury,Lions Club International Foundation (LCIF) Coordinator, Chairperson Club Service Arifur Rahman, Chairperson Club Marketing and Communication Khandaker Muntasir Hasan, Director Environment Care Engineer Tapan Rudra and Director Eye Camp Touhidul Islam Tushar. Lion Azhar Mahmud, founder of Lions Club of Dhaka Kings, said it is the first Lions Club in Bangladesh to have a separate corporate body. Hopefully, corporate leaders will stand by the disadvantaged people of the society through the International Lions Platform and play an important role in social development through sustainable work.
