Finally, putting an end to all speculations, the ‘Operation Program’ of “Nabinagar Fire Service Station & Civil Defence Station” has been launched from 16th July 2020. The journey of the station has started with 2 state-of-the-art water car, 2 second calls, 3 unit pumps and all other equipment. Besides, 14 firemen, 2 drivers and 1 sub-officer have already joined this office.
Deputy Assistant Director ,In charge, Brahmanbaria district, Mr.Tanharul Islam also said, “Even though we have launched an operation to deal with any untoward fire in Nabinagar from today, this fire service station will be officially inaugurated by Hon’ble Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina through video conference soon.”. The construction of the station on 22 katha land has cost about 4 crore taka. It is implemented by the District Public Works Department. The Station has situated at Nabinagar – Companigonj road opposite site of Narayanpur Play Ground.For this, People of Nabinagar Thanks to Honorable Prime Minister and Member of the Parliament Mr. Ebadul Karim Bulbul.
Advocate Shiv Shankar Das, Mayor, Nabinagar Municipality told The Weekly Global Net, Nabinagar Fire Service & Civil Defence Station is gift on “Mujib Borsho” on behalf of the Honorable Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. He also thanked to Mr. Ebadul Karim Bulbul MP and Ex-MP Mr. Fayzur Rahman Badal for treir dynamic Initiatives.
Besides, Mayor, Announced the gift of a television and a fridge for the staff of Nabinagar Fire Service Station on behalf of the Honorable Member of the Parliamen Mr. Ebadul Karim Bulbul.
