Chairman of Upazila Parishad Mohammad Moniruzzaman Monir was the chief guest in the presidency of Upazila Executive Officer Mohammad Masum. District Council members Professor Nurunnahar Begum, AC land Mr. Iqbal Hasan, Women’s Affairs Officer Jasmine Ara, Journalist Sanjay Saha, Mahbub Alam Liton, SI Mozammel Haque, Central Youth Women’s Awami League leader Tahmina Akhter Supti and many others spoke. The speakers emphasized on the importance of building a golden Bengal by commemorating the great woman Bangamata Fazilatunnesa, the wife of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.
